Kaj Kowalski 4773460f3f Add golangci-lint config and lint tasks ...

- Add .golangci.yml with sensible defaults for the project
- Add lint and lint:fix tasks to Taskfile
- Remove unused findGitRoot function
- Apply gofumpt formatting fixes
