- Add interfaces.HTMLCleaner interface for better testability - Add CleanAndTrim() method to simplify repeated pattern - Move item/lesson type constants to models/item_types.go - Update all exporters to use interface instead of concrete type - Replace strings.TrimSpace(CleanHTML(...)) with CleanAndTrim()
