feat: implement cache layer, CSP improvements, and database performance optimizations

- Add Redis cache implementation with LRU eviction
- Enhance Content Security Policy with nonce generation
- Optimize database queries with connection pooling
- Add cache invalidation API endpoints
- Improve security monitoring performance
